通过对高寒草甸植物群落中采集的群落数据进行分析,探讨了物种构成的相似性、统计平均、种群变异性和净协方差等机制对形成高寒草甸植物群落中多样性与群落地上生物量变异性之间关系的影响。结果表明,地上生物量的年际变异性随着多样性的增加而减小。物种构成相似性是多样性一变异性负关系产生的原因之一,而相似性与多样性之间并无显著相关关系;统计平均效应是另一个多样性一变异性负关系的主要决定者;净协方差效应、种群变异性对多样性一变异性关系产生的影响不显著或非常有限。  相似文献

为了调查屋宇生态系中粉螨群落的物种组成和多样性,选取屋宇生态系中4种不同环境的灰尘进行粉螨采集、分类鉴定及数据分析。结果表明,44.9%标本发现粉螨,其中床面灰尘样本粉螨的阳性率为69%,地面灰尘粉螨的阳性率为52%,衣物灰尘粉螨的阳性率为32.5%和家具灰尘粉螨的阳性率为26%,检获粉螨14种,隶属于5科11属。多样性分析结果表明,4种环境的物种丰富度指数Rmargalef为0.400~1.170,Shannon-Wiener指数(H′)为1.574~2.480,Pielou指数(J)为0.967~0.978,说明温湿度及粉螨孳生食性对不同环境中粉螨群落的组成和多样性起直接限制作用,而人类干扰也是较为重要的影响因素。  相似文献

鼎湖山森林群落多样性垂直分布格局的研究   总被引:10,自引:3,他引:7  
根据鼎湖山10 m×1 200 m的植物固定样带调查,沿海拔梯度对植物群落分布格局及生物多样性特性进行了分析。结果表明,本固定样带有3个森林类型,5个群落类型,构成一演替序列,但在垂直梯度上有交错现象。生物多样性指数为:乔木层,中生性阔叶林>针阔混交林>阳生性阔叶林;草本层,针阔混交林>阔叶林。阳性草本植物为主的草本群大部分生长在阳性树种为主的阔叶林和针阔混交林下,但是林下微环境变化对草本层植物优势度的影响也较大,以耐荫植物为主的草本群在阳性树种为主的阔叶林和针阔混交林也有分布,表明相同群落类型林下小环境的变化。  相似文献

总结了我国土壤动物群落生态学研究的特点,即区域分布集中于中国东部、研究的生态系统类型广泛、研究角度多种多样与应用研究发展迅速。并从土壤动物群落与环境关系、土壤动物群落的组成和多样性、土壤动物群落结构、土壤动物群落功能、土壤动物群落演替与受干扰生态系统的土壤动物群落6个方面综述其最新研究成果。在此基础上指出我国土壤动物群落生态学中有待开拓的研究领域是基础研究、特色区域和生态系统的研究、土地覆盖/土地利用对土壤动物的影响研究、土壤动物多样性及其保护研究、土壤动物在土壤生态系统和陆地生态系统物质循环和能量流动中的作用研究、全球变化响应研究与土壤动物应用研究。  相似文献

The structures of microbial communities in lab-scale upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactors for treating municipal wastewater with different ratios of COD soluble/ COD total were studied using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) of 16S rRNA genes. The microbial structure of the inoculum sludge obtained from a full-scale UASB reactor of treating potato processing wastewater was compared with the structures of sludges collected from three lab-scale UASB reactors after eight months feeding with raw municipal wastewater, with CEPS (chemically enhanced primary sedimentation) pretreated municipal wastewater, and with a synthetic municipal sewage, respectively. Computer-aided numerical analysis of the DGGE fingerprints showed that the bacterial community underwent major changes. The sludges for treating raw and CEPS pretreated wastewater had very similar bacterial and archaeal communities (82% and 96% similarity) but were different from that for treating the synthetic sewage. We investigated the effects of the abiotic environment, plant community composition and disturbance by fire on ant assemblages in two distinct habitat types in the Siskiyou Mountains in northern California and southern Oregon, USA. Sampling over 2 years in burned and unburned Darlingtonia fens and their adjacent upland forests, we found that the effects of disturbance by fire depended on habitat type. In forests, fire intensity predicted richness in ant assemblages in both years after the fire, and plant community composition predicted richness 2 years after the fire. No factors were associated with richness in the species‐poor fen ant assemblages. Species‐specific responses to both habitat type and disturbance by fire were idiosyncratic. Assemblage composition depended on habitat type, but not disturbance by fire, and the composition of each assemblage between years was more dissimilar in burned than unburned sites.  相似文献

In a chalk grassland in north-western France, vegetation and seed rain were studied along two transects. We compared the efficiency of three types of seed traps (funnel traps, sticky traps, pots exposed in the field) to estimate the annual seed rain and to reveal various processes involved in plant community regeneration. Data were analysed to compare seed density, species richness and composition across seed traps and vegetation. Geostatistical analyses (semivariograms. were used to detect possible autocorrelation and to examine patterns of spatial variation in seed rain and vegetation. The results show that (1) funnel traps are most efficient (56 species, 8079 seeds.m–2). (2) Each type of seed traps brings different information about the processes involved in seed dispersal and seedling establishment. Sticky traps help to understand import and export of seeds in a community through anemochory. Funnel traps may provide a measure of the auto-regeneration capacity of the vegetation through its local seed production. Pot traps integrate various processes involved between seed dispersal and seedling emergence. (3.) The exposition to environmental conditions generates marked spatial patterns in species richness measured in pots and in vegetation, selecting species able to survive. Pot traps indicate that numerous species producing seeds in standing vegetation are unable to establish in the field through seedling recruitment. Our study emphasizes the need of using different types of seed traps and spatial sampling configurations to assess the regenerative potential of standing vegetation and the various mechanisms involved in seed dispersal. A standardised protocol for seed rain sampling was finally developed.  相似文献

Abstract Habitat structure and complexity affect the diversity and composition of fauna in a number of systems. We investigated patterns in wasp species richness, abundance and composition and also their associations with habitat complexity in Sydney sandstone forests, Australia. Pitfall and flight‐intercept traps collected dissimilar wasp assemblages. High complexity habitats supported greater abundance and species richness and a dissimilar composition of pitfall‐trapped wasps to low complexity habitats. Soil moisture, tree canopy cover, ground herb cover and shrub canopy cover all had significant positive associations with the species richness of pitfall‐trapped wasps. Although the five most abundant families of wasps we trapped are endoparasitoids of other arthropods, they showed a variety of preferences for habitat variables. The mechanisms driving associations between habitat complexity and patterns in wasp communities may also provide a basis for understanding factors influencing the regulation of arthropod assemblages by wasps in agricultural and natural landscapes.  相似文献

Abstract We examined the potential of forest plantations to support communities of forest‐using insects when planted into an area with greatly reduced native forest cover. We surveyed the insect fauna of Eucalyptus globulus (Myrtaceae) plantations and native Eucalyptus marginata dominated remnant woodland in south‐western Australia, comparing edge to interior habitats, and plantations surrounded by a pastoral matrix to plantations adjacent to native remnants. We also surveyed insects in open pasture. Analyses focused on three major insect orders: Coleoptera, Lepidoptera and Hymenoptera. Plantations were found to support many forest‐using insect species, but the fauna had an overall composition that was distinct from the remnant forest. The pasture fauna had more in common with plantations than forest remnants. Insect communities of plantations were different from native forest both because fewer insect species were present, and because they had a few more abundant insect species. Some of the dominant species in plantations were known forestry pests. One pest species (Gonipterus scutellatus) was also very abundant in remnant forest, although it was only recently first recorded in Western Australia. It may be that plantation forestry provided an ecological bridge that facilitated invasion of the native forest by this nonendemic pest species. Plantation communities had more leaf‐feeding moths and beetles than remnant forests. Plantations also had fewer ants, bees, evanioid wasps and predatory canopy beetles than remnants, but predatory beetles were more common in the understory of plantations than remnants. Use of broad spectrum insecticides in plantations might limit the ability of these natural enemies to regulate herbivore populations. There were only weak indications of differences in composition of the fauna at habitat edges and no consistent differences between the fauna of plantations adjacent to remnant vegetation and those surrounded by agriculture, suggesting that there is little scope for managing biodiversity outcomes by choosing different edge to interior ratios or by locating plantations near or far from remnants.  相似文献
